2. OBJECTIVE
Once you get familarised through our monthly WORKSHOPS, you will be practising 'OSCIO FITNESS' to keep away diseases and health problems just by exercising and doing MICRO.VIBE gesturecises regularly.
We guide you systematically and scientifically on how to bring an overall change to the body mind and soul in you. In oscioFitness we teach you on how you can regain strength, speed, agility, flexibilty and to be able to build endurance through the practices.
We want to coach you personally and guide you almost everyday on all your daily workouts and to interect with us on your 'BMS' (Body Management Science) problems. The learning of all the following are spread over a period of 3 to 9 months.
In OSCIOFITNESS we train you to build strong bones and muscles EVERYDAY.
We also guide you on how to improve your physical fitness, body composition by teaching you on what food to take, what supplemnent to ingest and how to breath well to keep your oxygen level high.
3. OSCIO ACTIVITY

Physical Fitness has many benefits for your body and health. It improves your overall health, increases the size of the lungs, and enhances the size of the heart and works with organized beats.
Nerves in muscles are inter-twined to carry out information relaying messages to efffectivly tune bone muscle movement.
MICRO.VIBE creates such an inelastic contraction to a cellular system that it can be triggered by a blend of resonant frequencies to a peak through push-pull compulsion.
At this juncture the synaptic nerves within the cellular system reverbrates to bring harmony and healing to that area of vibration of the cellular system.
Here Various levels of endurance are introduced to experience and expand the indirect inducement of inner energy.
This type of exercise is necessary for people who want to be more flexible, have better balance, and move with greater ease and without pain.
Muscle and bone strength can be defined as the ability of a muscle and bone to exert as much energy as possible towards its opposing forces.
There are a number of factors that affect muscle strength; such as muscle size, cartilage, number, and type of fibers, and elasticity or in-elasticity, along with its physcio-psychological factors.
Speed and Level of fitness in MICRO.VIBE practices depends on the period of count - as in time, where a muscle needs to exert that required physical force in opposing efforts to effect a nullification of applied forces, in the body,
such as muscle, fibers, cartilage, strength, and its elasticity, as well as a strong will, and nervous compatibility along with the resonant converted energy synthesised to become the healing force in that part of the body.
Meaning:
A living organism and it's body parts in addition to the physical and chemical reaction engaged in these push pull acts that produce a cellular level rejuvenation is considered as MICRO.VIBE
